Welcome to the first step of the retreat experience.
By submitting this form, you are booking a retreat programme from The Wellness Host. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation, invoice and guidance to book the accommodation on the website of Villa Luca within 48 hours.
Default is two-person bedrooms with separate beds. Depending on the retreat attendance you can receive the option to upgrade to single rooms.
Note: every guest needs to fill out this form separately. If you travel together, please mention the name(s) of your travel companion. The Wellness Host will divide the rooms accordingly.

Good to know

Once booked, you will receive an invoice of the deposit (€ 300,-) within 48 hours. The deposit needs to be paid within 7 days.

Your place is confirmed once payment of the deposit has been received.

You will receive a separate invoice for the remaining fee. The full fee needs to be paid 30 days before the start of the retreat.

Accommodation is booked separately from the retreat programme.

All retreat programmes start on Saturday around 17.00 and end on Wednesday around 10.00. You are welcome at the Villa from 15.00.
