Retreats

1. General

These terms apply to all retreats and services organized by The Wellness Host.

By booking a retreat, participants agree to these terms.

Retreats are designed as spaces for recovery, wellbeing and personal growth. Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful and safe environment.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation.

Payment structure:

Deposit of €250 upon booking (non-refundable)
Remaining balance due 30 days before the retreat

Bookings made within 30 days require full payment.

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT (IVA), unless stated otherwise.

3. Accommodation

Accommodation is booked and paid separately via a third party.

Separate terms and conditions apply to the accommodation. The organizer is not responsible for these services.

4. Prices and inclusions

The retreat price includes only the services listed in the retreat description.

Not included:

travel
insurance
private treatments
personal expenses

The organizer reserves the right to make minor program adjustments.

5. Health and responsibility

Retreats are not a substitute for medical care.

Participants are responsible for their own health and must disclose relevant conditions.

Participation is at your own risk.

Not suitable for: pregnancy, COPD, cardiovascular disease, severe asthma, high blood pressure.

6. Cancellation by participant

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@thewellness.host.

The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

More than 60 days: 80% refund (excluding deposit)
30–60 days: 50% refund
Less than 30 days: no refund

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

In case of cancellation, participants may transfer their spot to another person. This has to be communicated with the organiser.

7. Cancellation by organizer

The organizer may cancel or reschedule due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances.

Participants will receive an alternative or refund.

8. Conduct

Participants must respect others, staff and the property.

Damage caused may be charged.

Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

9. Liability

The organizer is not liable for loss, damage or injury unless due to gross negligence.

Workation Weeks

These terms apply specifically to Workation Weeks at Villa Luca. All general terms outlined in our Retreat Terms & Conditions apply equally, with the following adjustments:

1. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once accommodation payment is received via the Villa Luca booking link.

Accommodation: €335, paid directly via the Villa Luca link, due within 10 days of confirmation. This secures your stay.
Workation Host Fee: €160, paid directly to The Wellness Host, due 30 days before the start of the workation week.

2. Inclusions

The Workation Host Fee covers the hosted programme: coworking sessions, wellness elements, and hosting throughout the week, as described on the workation page. Accommodation, meals, and any third-party services are covered separately per the Villa Luca terms.

3. Cancellation

The Workation Host Fee (€160) is refundable as follows:

More than 30 days before start: full refund
14–29 days before start: 50% refund
Less than 14 days before start: no refund

Participants may transfer their spot once, free of charge, to another available week within 6 months. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@thewellness.host.

Accommodation payments follow Villa Luca's own cancellation terms, available via their booking platform.

All other terms (health & responsibility, conduct, liability, privacy) follow the general Retreat Terms & Conditions in full.
